Impression eStudio hereby grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the products sold through our web site.
1. License
Impression eStudio products are GPL compliant. All PHP portions of the extensions (components, modules, plugins) and the templates/themes are licensed under the appropriate GPL license of the parent platform. Products may include other license agreements, notices or terms and conditions.
2. Modifications
You are allowed to make any changes and modifications in the products to suit your needs. It is not permitted to change or remove the copyright information in the source code. This includes the XML descriptor file and all PHP, JavaScript, HTML and CSS files distributed with our products. Of course, any visual copyrights, for example the copyrights in the template footer, can be removed.
3. Unauthorized use
It is not permitted to put our products (any non-GPL) in a modified or changed or even unmodified version on a disk, CD, website, P2P or any other medium and use it for resale purposes. This means you are not allowed to set up our products for demonstration purposes to promote them to your customers. It is also not allowed to use screenshots of our product to promote them to your customers for resale purposes. Should you intend to do so you have to discuss and agree upon this with Impression eStudio in any case.
4. Right of usage
You are allowed to use an Impression eStudio product in all your client projects and on unlimited number of domains, however support is only provided for one domain.
5. Assignability
It is not allowed to sub-license, assign, or transfer your licenses to anyone.
6. Demo Content
Re-use of any graphics, icons or photos from the demo content for any purpose is strictly prohibited. The demo content is for demonstration purposes only.
7. Product Delivery
You are not required to register in our web site, in order to have access to the Joomla extensions. Access to certain applications requires payment. As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you your membership information. In case you have not received an email from Impression eStudio within 24 hours, please contact us by sending an email to . After receiving our email with your account details you have immediate access to download the product. The email address you give should be valid as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your main email address.
8. Support
Impression eStudio offers commercial extensions "as is", with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions. We are not obliged to provide technical support for Impression eStudio products but many times we do it by email. We also do NOT offer any support for customizations.
9. Refund Policy
Since Impression eStudio is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.
10. Warranty
Impression eStudio gives no warranty or guarantee for our products in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested viewing the demonstration installations on the demo sites. Please ensure that your browser works with the product. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that our products work with the current version of Joomla. We cannot guarantee though that they will work with future versions of Joomla. Also, Impression eStudio products will always be developed for the latest Joomla version. We cannot guarantee how long phase-out Joomla versions are supported. This decision is solely made by Impression eStudio.
11. Privacy Policy
Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.
12. Terms & Conditions
Impression eStudio reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Impression eStudio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership.
